REVISIO first checks the question, jurisdiction, records, language, required professional qualification and whether the report can be used in the relevant proceeding. A request is not a promise that a report will be accepted or recognised by a court, authority, insurer or other institution.

Medical treatment

Remote treatment is offered only when medically appropriate and legally permissible. An in-person examination or local provider may be required.

Prescriptions and certificates

Issuing a document does not guarantee recognition or dispensing abroad. Local requirements and exclusions remain applicable.

Expert reports

Private or party-appointed reports have different procedural status between countries. REVISIO does not replace legal representation.
